Refund policy


Due to the nature of our products(skin care) We do not accept returns on items that have been open. Products must be returned within 7 days unused.

Refunds or exchange product are issued within 5 working once returned products are received and all product are of good condition

Orders can be cancelled within 12 HOURS OF PLACING ORDER, before dispatch.... If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation fees (10%) Will be charged. 

 If you received wrong product or missing any products please contact our customer service within 24 hours after receiving the PRODUCT with proof. Please do not unseal or manhandle product before return, Product must be returned the exact way it was received as unsealed, manhandled products are not eligible for returns and we will not accept it.
(EU law states you cannot return skin care products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to EU law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.)

In any event that your package gets returned or refused there will be no refund, you will have to pay for new shipping fee to have your package reshipped to you 

In any event that your package Arrived in your destination but refused to pick it up(if after failed delivery by shipping company) and after been contacted by our shipping team to pick up your package at your local post office, there will be no refund and you will have to pay for a new shipping fee to have your reshipped to you

( Please note as all skin are different we advice customers to use our products for 3 months to see visible results because all vicsflawless Product are natural base)

Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning products, and also if you are eligible to new PRODUCT through our policy you will be charged for a new shipping fee....our shipping team will do everything possibly in packaging our customers orders very well as not to cause any damage of products, But if any damage happens contact us with a picture OR Video proof for us to send you new product (for this case shipping fees is on us)

 (please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen return packages)

  • To be eligible for return, products must be in the exact condition you received them in. All packaging material must be undamaged and unused with the price tags intact.

  • If your refund is approved, then it will automatically be credited to the original method of payment, within 7-10 days
  • Any lost parcels recorded as delivered/received at destination address will not be replace or refunded

 Any fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders will be cancelled immediately and reported.


Due to Covid19 Conditions that is out of our control, there may be some delays in the delivery of packages, both domestic and international. We are not responsible for any packages marked delivered by carrier or postal workers not in your possession. Any issues pertaining to packages marked delivered, it is the responsibility of the receiver to file a claim online. In addition, we are not responsible for any delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic or the holding of any packages by International agencies. This is not typical for every customer, but should be taken into consideration.***
