Shipping policy

***Due to Covid19 Conditions that is out of our control, there may be some delays in the delivery of packages, both domestic and international. We are not responsible for any packages marked delivered by carrier or postal workers not in your possession. Any issues pertaining to packages marked delivered, it is the responsibility of the receiver to file a claim online. In addition, we are not responsible for any delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic or the holding of any packages by International agencies. This is not typical for every customer, but should be taken into consideration.***

We ship worldwide, Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days, while During sales 3-5working days,

We only ship products Monday to Thursday,Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday, we ship All orders with tracked mail.

 We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.

Please note on holidays we do not ship.  Your order will be shipped the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Within Italy shipments 1 to 3 working days

Within Europe 2 to 7 working days 

Outside Eu 2 to 10 working days (Depends custom clearance of goods)

Note: we are not responsible for Tax or extra charges

We use only express shipping method for our international customers to adviod lost of package

Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship out order (tracking number will be provided once ship, please make sure to check your email). 

(International customers we are responsible for any tax or handling fees)

Although this may not apply to every order, please be aware that international shipments coming from Italy into a foreign country or territory may carry customs or import charges. These charges are completely separate from shipping charges and are the responsibility of the receiver, not the shipper. we do not pay nor reimburse any customs, duties, tariffs or taxes paid by the receiver to their respective governing postal couriers. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
